“This was a surprisingly good book. What a hero. He was delicious in many ways. A little too moody for my tastes but a delicious hero nonetheless.
The heroine had a lot to "get over". Hers was a troubled life with misery upon misery. And then she goes and falls in love with her sister's fiance ha!
One thing that surprised me was that even though this was the plot, that part was basically only act 1. Theres so much more after that. As I said, the heroine has had a troubled life and it took the hero quite some effort to have her trust.
I am definitely going to look up more of her books.”
