“This was weird, but I enjoyed it anyway. I like weird books with a paranormal twist, so this was right up my alley. Was it fantastic? No. Was it enjoyable? Yes.”
“I didn’t know what was happening 80% of the time, to be honest. I got half through before I sort of understood, and then remained confused throughout the rest, but I don’t like to DNF books so I powered through 😆.
My first Dean Koontz read, and apparently known as the one you shouldn’t start with 😆. Loved the descriptions of the dogs and their personalities but everything else was sort of…meh”
