“I thoroughly enjoyed this book, it had just the right amount of Christmas coziness but with a whole lot of raw and real relationships that needed to be worked through. This was book about love in all forms, between partners new and old, friends and family. It touched on difficult themes but dealt with them delicately yet had enough grit to keep you reading whilst not leaving you traumatised. It embodied all that Christmas was about… coming together and festivities but also the difficult interrelations that can’t be ignored at this time of year. It’s a time when you have to face people in close proximity but it’s a time of togetherness. Perfect Christmas read without it being cringey or too hallmark!”
