“Who doesn't love running across an anthology of stories where you feel as though you are running out of time?
This collection of stories edited by Ms. Ackley-McPhail was an intriguing and engaging read. It was enjoyable to pick up and read a few at a time (usually before bed). I was drawn to this book because of the cover and the name but I stayed through the end because each work within was unique and worth the read.
I probably read this book over the course of about a week. Since each story is separate, you don't have to rush towards the end and it's a book I kind of want to pick up in physical form so I can tab my favorites.
I want to thank NetGalley and the Publisher for providing me an advance reader copy. I thoroughly enjoyed it and hope I can pick up a copy in the future.”

Jody Lynn Nye lists her main career activity as 'spoiling cats.' When not engaged upon this worthy occupation, she writes fantasy and science fiction, most of it in a humorous bent. Since 1987 she has published over 50 books and more than 170 short stories. She has also written with notables in the industry, including Anne McCaffrey and Robert Asprin.
