The Bunnies of Piddlebrook Meadow
ByPublisher Description
This is a beautifully illustrated book of two halves. The first half is the finished article that is full of fun for the younger family members. My two granddaughters named the bunnies, and I think the names match them perfectly. Each page tells its own story and has its challenges for the reader. Also, on each page is a hidden Gnome named Paddy. He is from the author's trilogy of Naughty Gnome books.
The second half of the book shows how the book came to fruition, from the author's etchings to Miranda Smith's wonderful interpretation of those scribblings. By adding this section. The idea was to show just how a simple idea can, with a little help, come to life. Also to encourage the reader to use imagination to create their own stories.
