“I read this in less than 3 days. I’ll have to digest this some more in the coming days, but I’m certain this will become my favorite book of all time. I found myself needing to read just one more chapter. I needed to know what happened next. Maddie was kind of quiet in the first half of the book but once she became more loud, I fell in love with her character. She was strong and resilient. Oliver…what can I say. He was seen as weak by bad guys but Oliver is a good reminder that being kind and empathetic makes you stronger than a bully ever will be. I wish I could dive back into this world again. I’ve never experienced book hangover until now. This book is a spectacular read. Truly exceptional. I have to mention that this is also my first Chuck Wendig book. I am in love with his writing style.”
