“I love just about anything by Ruta Sepetys, and this is no exception. One of the main characters, Lizzie, is an absolute sweetheart yet brutally honest and I love the authors for writing her as such. The most iconic part was her saying that she spoke her mind because she was half American. I certainly learned a lot more about WWII with this book. Like before this, I haven’t ever heard of Bletchley park but now I’m seriously glad I did because it’s so interesting. The plot itself takes time getting used to but once you do the story is amazing.”
