“Highlights were "Head, Scales, Tongue, Tail", "The Future is Blue", and "Successor, Usurper, Replacement" that I felt were 5/5 short stories. I don't think I would have rated a single one of these less than 3.5 stars though, a really solid read.”

He is also the editor the Hugo Award-winning Lightspeed, and is also publisher of Lightspeed as well as its sister-magazines Nightmare and Fantasy. For five years he was the editor of the John Joseph Adams Books novel imprint for Houghton Mifflin Harcourt.
