“Captain Benjamin Sisko is my favorite Star Trek captain, so I'm not sure that my review of this book can be impartial. That being said, the author captured the voice of Sisko. Sisko has an air of nobility that is deftly balanced with his humanity on "Deep Space 9" and that is carried over here. I was thrilled that the majority of the book focused on Sisko's life before his arrival on DS9. Wonderful read that any Trekkie will enjoy!”
