The Alpha-Dye Shirt Factory Reviews

“"That's the way it goes sometimes, a person hooks you in with the promise of a great story, then get all sideways" Another of the series of After Dinner Conversations, told by Mary who worked at the Alpha-Dye Shirt Factory, as the place goes up in flames. Mary, who had to work to help her family, really has no life of her own. Her friend Maria has just gotten engaged and Mary is happy for her, but hopes she can keep it quiet to keep her job. And then, as the factory goes up in flames, the workers scramble to get out. Management thinks they should go first, but no one's going to make it out alive. Should she stay or jump? With family lore of the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory fire, this is one story I was looking forward to. And in a devastating first person account, Tyler Kurt proved my choice. Highly Recommended. 5/5”
