With no way in or out of the ranch and the deadly river swelling, Samantha and Lizzie find themselves in a race against time. As the suspects hide secrets and point fingers, the sisters must untangle the web of deception before the killer strikes again.

Can they crack the case and keep everyone safe? Or will the murderer slip away with the storm like a flash of lightning?
