Publisher Description

Rusty Briggs knows his chance of finding a man while living outside of Sweetwater, Texas are slim to none. Few know about his little secret, but his ranch hands have run out on him and the folks in town aren’t as hospitable as they were before the incident. He’s resigned himself to the fact that working his ranch will have to be enough or he will need to sell and move to the big city…that is until he meets Trent Anderson.

On the outside Trent appears to be a man with full access to silver spoons and caviar dreams, but his parents cut him off and tossed him out once they discovered he was gay. After living on the street, selling himself, then ending up in a destructive relationship, Trent pulled his life together and came out on top, all by using his compassion and intelligence—or so Trent thinks. Recently, Trent’s grandfather passed away and left him money, as long as he meets a few conditions, like living in Texas for ninety days. But Trent’s secret benefactor, Reed, is dissatisfied that Trent isn’t in Atlanta and wants him back. The only issue for Reed is that Trent is involved with Rusty.

Money, greed, lust, and power work to keep Rusty and Trent apart. They are forced to trust each other when life falls apart, but can they actually become close enough in ninety days to create a solid, trusting relationship, or will old relationships come between them?

Tempted In Texas Reviews

3.0
“Independent reviewer for Archaeolibrarian I Dig Good Books, I ws gifted my copy of this book for review. Trent has to stay in Sweetwater for 90 days to gain the inheritance his bigoted grandfather left him. He planned to stay, sell up and go. But that was before he met Rusty, his neighbour. His hot, sexy neighbour who does things to him that no one ever has before. Can Trent be really in happy in the place that holds so many painful memories? I'm left with one word, and one only, nice. It was a nice book, with nice characters, its nicely written. I just can't think why I'm left thinking nice though! I didn't find a connection to Trent nor Rusty. I didn't like that, although mentioned from time to time, there was no visit to town, no incident or meeting that caused issues for the men. I was expecting something to happen in town, because of the way some minor characters acted when Trent turned up, but there wasn't any, and I wanted it, I think the book would benefit from it. I even thought Reed was nice, after he got over his blip for Trent. Some people will love this book, but unfortunately, I can't. Sorry, but I did like it! 3.5 stars. **same worded review will appear on Goodreads, Amazon.co.uk and Amazon.com**”
