“I bought this as a ‘blind date with a book’ last year and finally got around to reading it. Or at least trying to, but sadly this wasn’t for me. Everything felt two dimensional and…boring. There were several repetitive phrases and at least 3 different mistakes where the wrong name was written, making me wonder if this was proofread at all. I made it to page 133 before I decided to throw in the towel. I only made it so far because of the parallels between the characters and my own relationship, but unfortunately it wasn’t enough to keep me going. I skipped ahead to see how the rest of the book would play out and it’s safe to say I made the right decision.”
“Such a cute feel good book, a lot of the plot makes me giddy and want to keep reading. Blackberry beach is special. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the epilogues timeline, getting engaged, married, and then pregnant after only 6 months of dating is crazy to say the least.”
