“This book is awesome for some fresh strawberry recipe ideas. 95% of the recipes honestly looked appealing and like something I would cook. I enjoyed the beautiful and bright pictures, especially of the desserts but even of the savoury dishes. Some of the savoury combos are a bit out of my comfort zone but the photographs make me want to give them a try.”

“Strawberry Love is a delightful cooking book for a strawberry lovers. Whether open on your kitchen island or closed on your coffee table, it is a must-have for all cooking and baking fans.
I learned quite a lot about strawberries: from their origins to their virtues, how to handle them and how to best cook them.
I used to believe that strawberries could only be eaten sweet, but Cynthia Graubart proved me wrong.
My favorite recipes are the Skillet Strawberry Cobbler and the English Summer Strawberry Trifle.
Thank you Net Galley and Storey Publishing for this e-ARC in exchange for my honest review.”
“Beautiful book.
I love the variety in this book. Often times when we think about strawberries we're considering strawberry shortcake and strawberry jam and we forget that it can be used and so many creative ways. I feel like this book definitely gives you some creative ideas to try. I'm a big time very lover and this is the kind of book that is right at my alley. Below are just a few of the recipes I'm excited to try.
*Puff pastry braided strawberry Danish
*Strawberry honey butter
*Sour cream strawberry waffles with strawberry syrup
*Gluten-free strawberry donuts
*Challah french toast (Omg sounds divine)
*Strawberry, burrata and arugula salad
*Pork chops with strawberry balsamic sauce
*Fish tacos with strawberry salsa
*Old-fashioned strawberry icebox cake
Based off first impressions this book seems like a win. I will definitely update it as I continue to review this book and try recipes.”
