“Overall, the book was fine. The last 30 minutes gave me whiplash because the MMC was being wishy washy.”
“Stolen Pregnant Bride brings us to Stella, our female main character, on the day of her arranged wedding to a guy she does not like. Suddenly, her father's enemy, the billionaire Gio Valenti, steals her from the altar. We get a snapshot into their sizzling romance months earlier that led to her being pregnant with his baby.
This was such a cute friends to lovers to enemies to lovers romance. I liked how we got the scene of him stealing her from the altar first and then a flashback to their introduction and romance. It definitely set the stage for why there's so much conflict between them afterwards. 3.75/5 stars.

“After all these years of making fun of Harlequin romances, I figured it was only fair that I actually read one. This book was purchased for me and positioned as a dare, and I happily accepted the challenge. (That title. That cover!) I'm not gonna lie, this was cheesy as hell. But I was pleasantly surprised at the effort that was put in to telling this story, shallow as it was. Gio and Stella were entertaining, as was all the Italian hotel tycoon drama. There's some backstory, some character development, some fun settings, and some intrigue - though everything happens lightning fast and we saw new, unforeseen levels of both insta-love and the miscommunication trope. But who am I kidding?! This is a damn Harlequin romance! It's not fair to judge it by the standards of other more "high-class" fare. I did have a good time and I feel that, for a Harlequin, this might be more of a five-star book. Will I pick up another? Who knows. Maybe I'm reaching That Age?”
