“Oh my god!!!! I'm obsessed!! This was so good, we had so much action and the world expanded so much. Spin went in so many adventures and it was so immersive and I was never bored! I also really liked her growth, we see her have an identity crisis basically but despite that she always stays true to herself! The last 30% was so crazy and unpredictable, everything went to shit! I'm so scared for the third book.😭 Overall this was a really good sequel, it had steady pacing throughout the book, the world building expanded and it got more complex but Brandon Sanderson manages to write in such a way that it's easy to follow but so engaging nonetheless!”Lj

“This was a great second book. I saw some criticism about missing some of the characters in the first book that weren’t heavily featured in this one. But I actually thought the new setting and characters were a really fun twist! I loved the world expansion and that the questions/mysteries introduced in the first book weren’t dragged on too long. We got answers and we got some new enemies which is a great way to pace a series of this length. Can’t wait to start the next book!”
