“Love love loving this series so much.
Listened to the audiobook like I did for the first one, like the first one as well the story immediately hooked me. It wasn’t as much of a mystery, more like action, but i thoroughly enjoyed it anyway.
The chemistry between Jackson and McKenzie may be the best I’ve ever read, i love their partnership. Also Angela Pean, the narrator for McKenzie has the coolest accent I’ve ever heard, if I talked like that I’d be incorrigible
The only downside for me is that about 6 times there was the sound of the narrator saying something like ‘fah’ in Jackson’s chapters, I guess it was supposed to be cut out but it wasn’t.
I really really really hope the series keeps going!”
