“Chilling, beautifully written, and had me hooked from the start! The story is multi-layered with themes of inner turmoil, sisterly bonds, and the divide between dreams and reality. It’s a short book with lots of symbolism to digest and I loved the nods to Appalachian folklore. I feel like I can overlook some of the confusing moments and plot holes because of how much I enjoyed the overall reading experience.”
