Skeleton Song

By Seanan McGuire
Skeleton Song by Seanan McGuire digital book - Fable

Publisher Description

Children have always disappeared under the right conditions—slipping through the shadows under a bed or at the back of a wardrobe, tumbling down rabbit holes and into old wells, and emerging somewhere . . . else. Adventures are always interesting, but they’re not always happy.

From the worlds of Wayward Children comes a story of love, of devotion, of bones wrapped in flesh.

At the Publisher's request, this title is being sold without Digital Rights Management Software (DRM) applied.

Skeleton Song Reviews

3.5
Beaming Face with Smiling Eyes“Skeleton Song is another short story in the Wayward Children series, but unlike the last one, we are entering a new world that we’ve only heard about: Mariposa. I’m definitely partial to this story because while it left me wanting more, I still really enjoyed it! I loved seeing more about Christopher’s world and hope we get a full-length novel soon. I think I expected a slightly more “Wicked” world in Mariposa, but still genuinely enjoyed all the characters and the lore. I gave this a 4/5 because Christopher is one of my favorite characters and I’ve been HUNGRY for his backstory. I really really hope we get more of his story sooner than later.”
“Ughhh I was so hopeful that Christopher would’ve gotten his own book! 30 pages was not enough to tell his story in Mariposa, but it was still devastating all the same. The fact that the tiniest bit of hesitation cost him everything 😭”
