Sister, Maiden, Monster

By Lucy A. Snyder
Sister, Maiden, Monster by Lucy A. Snyder digital book - Fable

Publisher Description

“Absolutely recommended for readers of the cosmic and gloriously horrific.” ―Seanan McGuire, New York TImes bestselling author

Sister, Maiden, Monster
is a visceral story set in the aftermath of our planet’s disastrous transformation and told through the eyes of three women trying to survive the nightmare, from Bram Stoker Award-winning author Lucy A. Snyder.

A virus tears across the globe, transforming its victims in nightmarish ways. As the world collapses, dark forces pull a small group of women together.

Erin, once quiet and closeted, acquires an appetite for a woman and her brain. Why does forbidden fruit taste so good?

Savannah, a professional BDSM switch, discovers a new turn-on: committing brutal murders for her eldritch masters.

Mareva, plagued with chronic tumors, is too horrified to acknowledge her divine role in the coming apocalypse, and as her growths multiply, so too does her desperation.

Inspired by her Bram Stoker Award-winning story “Magdala Amygdala,” Lucy A. Snyder delivers a cosmic tale about the planet’s disastrous transformation ... and what we become after.

At the Publisher's request, this title is being sold without Digital Rights Management Software (DRM) applied.

Thinking Face“Not a fan of this one, I finished it but I found myself not really wanting to. ⚠️ Big trigger for body horror if that's not your thing cause it's not really high on my list. I found the writing to be kind of juvenile, and I kinda hated the way it ended. I thought there were better ways this plot could have taken me.”

Surprised Face with Open Mouth“Definitely a "what the fuck did I just read" kind of book but in the absolute best way possible. Will probably re-read.”

Anxious Face with sweat“A disgusting scifi/dystopian fever dream in the most satisfying unique way. Multilayered characters struggling with morality, identity, good and evil, etc, an end of world take with multiple perspectives, and heavily disturbing body horror with heavy sexual undertones. People literally turning into monsters and religious cult-like voices at the same time. This book is 3 short stories all adding to an unpredictable end. Finally something with that horror/scifi strangeness that will make you questions everything.”
