“Overall had more filler than plot in the first 3 books but the plot really took shape in the last 3.
Shatter Me: had me hooked but the plot wasn’t really there.
Unravel Me: felt like a filler novella/should’ve been part of book 1.
Ignite Me: Warner became book boyfriend material but the ending felt rushed and a cop out.
Restore Me: Least Favorite of the series. Almost DNF’d in the beginning but continued bc of the new characters. Plot really took off.
Defy Me: KENJI POVs, that’s all it took for this to be my favorite book. The plot was plotting and I binge read this in a day bc I couldn’t put it down. Set high standards for sequel books.
Imagine Me: again KENJI POVs. Was slightly disappointed in the writing/plot after reading Defy Me but it was still good. I honestly don’t know how the next book is going to fit into the series bc this was truly a satisfying conclusion.”Amelia Rogers
