“Rating: I liked it 😊

2018’s Marvel-A-Thon, PHASE III: Spider-man, a YA book involving secrets.
This are two short stories taking place in the same town and with some of the characters from https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/12813860.A_Midsummer_s_Nightmare and https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/6931356.The_DUFF_Designated_Ugly_Fat_Friend .
I liked the first one, Abbreviations & alliterations better because I liked the Duff better. It was cute and fluffy, and we get to see Wesley😍.
The second one, People worth knowing, deals with a heavier topic — cyberbullying — and it’s about Bailey and a tough decision she have to make. I liked it, it is simple but powerful.
If you like Kody’s writing and the world she has created, I recommend it.”

“The first book, Abbreviations and Alliterations, was from Casey's point of you and I'm so glad her love life worked out in the end. After just finishing Lying Out Loud I did see some similarity between the two but still loved it. The second book, People Worth Knowing, was from Bailey's point of view and I was so proud of her for sticking up to the bully and doing what was right. She was worried that Brody wouldn't like her but it pays to be yourself!”
