There might be no such a thing as a perfect guy, but Xavier Rush comes disastrouslydisastrously close. A gorgeous veterinarian giving Greek god vibes—all while cuddling a tiny kitten? Immediately yes.Immediately yes. That is until Xavier opens his mouth and proves that even sculpted gods can say the absolute wrong thing. Like, really wrong. Of course, there’s nothing Samantha loves more than proving an asshole wrong…
. . . unless, of course, he can admit he made a mistake. But after one incredible and seemingly endless date—possibly the best in living history—Samantha is forced to admit the truth, that her family is in crisis and any kind of relationship would be impossible. Samantha begs Xavier to forget her. To remember their night together as a perfect moment, as crushing as that may be.
Only no amount of distance or time is nearly enough to forget that somethingsomething between them. And the only thing better than one single perfect memory is to make a life—and even a love—worth remembering.

“A classic Abby Jimenez book where you get the cute moments with the hard parts of life mixed in. Not my favorite Abby book—Just for the Summer is going to be hard to beat—but still worth reading!!
Xavier and Samantha are just so perfect for each other and you knew they were meant to be together after their first date. They are obsessed with each other, would do anything for the other person, and support each other in every part of life.
While I only cried once reading this book, I would still have to agree that it’s Abby’s most emotional work so far. There is a LOT of trauma woven throughout “Say You’ll Remember Me,” but she handles it with such care and sensitivity. I had to take multiple breaks from reading after reading some of the hard parts to get through. The part that made me sob wasn’t even part of the romance plot line, but I want to cry again just thinking about it.
This is one of those books that will stick with you.”
