“This story was so exciting. It had me on the edge of my seat. Emma and Mason has to a lot of issues to deal with as they work to figure out who is after Emma. Sierra will of course steal your heart. It was great reading the Canadian legal systems.

“Wow what another action packed book by Darlene L. Turner, she sure kept me guessing until the last chapter.
Emma who is a Canadian border service officer has to go into witness protection with her 4 year old daughter because of a case she had been working on. There is a mole on the protection team who is leaking information on where witnesses in protection are located and causing bomb threats, fires, shootings to draw the witnesses out into the open. Emma is on the run with no safe haven to go and she has to trust Mason (her former estranged brother in law) who is a Canadian police constable with keeping her and her daughter save.
It is really nice to be able to read a book set in Ontario Canada, where I live and I actually have heard of the places in the story.
Can’t wait to read the next book by Darlene. Keep up the wonderful work Darlene.”
