“I found this book to be stronger (better written) than the first. I do still feel many of the clues were very obviously placed in the books but it was still an enjoyable read. There was so much plot progression and not much character growth happening.
In the beginning I dodnt like her that much but by the end. I was really sold on Caspia, and devastated with what happened to her. I felt the threads coming together as I read the book. I found myself jumping ahead, planning how vook 3 will go. Im excited to complete the series.
I wouldnt call this a slow burn. It is however a romantasy book thats an easy read with limited world building. I hope Odessa and Ransom's relationship hopefully will have their chance to shine again in book 3. I like the group their forming for the orbit hunt.”About Devney Perry
