There are a few simple rules in Retail:

1. The customer is always right, even when they're wrong.
2. Insults, threats, harassment and physical violence are accepted. Hell, those things are expected.
3. Smile. No matter what happens, you need to get paid.

This is how it's always been, and how it always will be...

Until today. Enough is enough. It's time to get even, one nasty customer at a time. Once you get past the sticky issue of morality, revenge is easy. No one really sees the cashier or the stock person at the grocery store. We're irrelevant and forgettable.

It's amazing what you can get away with when you're invisible.

CATS LIKE CREAM

It's okay to watch. Watching hurts no one, as long as you don't touch.

Elwin likes to watch. His position as star employee at a real estate agency gives him plenty of access to the homes of his clients. A camera or two hidden where no one will find it, and he can watch as often as he pleases.

No one knows. No one gets hurt.

But it's hard to look without touching. Touching leads to bad things. Elwin knows this, but allows himself a moment of weakness.

And then another.

Soon, watching isn't an option anymore. Not if Elwin wants his secrets to remain buried.
