“Like Dystopian stories??? A little mystery and betrayal? A lot of spicy chemistry? Then you’ll love this story…50 First Dates meets Hunger Games (esque).”
“Ok so I'm completely torn with this book. Firstly the writing was good easy to read, but for some reason I just couldn't connect with it. The main part of the storyline I just didn't really care for but I did enjoy the storylines with certain characters, I did prefer Ariana/Dom over Dani/Mav just something about the badass attitude and their chemistry made me prefer them more. I definitely need to see them get together lol. I also wanted to know more about Tristan and the whole dynamics of the world outside of Dani and the group but maybe that's for the books going forward. So as I said a total split for me whilst I really enjoyed a lot of aspects of the book the connection just wasn't there for me. The author did do a great job with her writing though as I could easily picture what was going on and the scenes as they unfolded, the easy style of the writing made the book flow naturally so top marks for that!”
“Perfect quick and easy fast-paced romance in a dystopian setting with a unique twist. The fact that it didn't feel repetitive even though the start of each day had to be repeated was great and added to the interest. Mav was the best, I hope we get more of him and Dani in the next books.”“Short & Sweet.
I am not a big fan of splitting up an overall story arc over three books/couples. And then the individual books being so short.
BUT - I am a big fan of dystopian settings. So apart from the mentioned issue, the story is easy to read, fast-paced despite the challenges the FMC encounters and it is just fun to follow along and guess where this is going with all the different players and their own interests.
Guess I gotta buy two more books this week 😅”
