“Reckless was brilliant. The pages of this book are insanely clever. I think I will see more of that in Fearless as well. This book was so unique and different. The plot was insanely genius. I could imagine everything in this book. Kai Azer and Paedyn Gray are absolutely dimensional, beautiful characters. Both of them grew so much, so fast in not just themselves, but their gorgeous love for each-other. It pains me that these two fictional people are not real. These characters are so easy to adore. They are preciously crafted by Lauren Roberts, and it shows. I yearn for them when they yearn. I feel emotional when they do. I smile at every wholesome and exciting moment between them two. As I said of Powerless, I love Lauren Roberts deeply unique and lush writing style. However, I will say that was lacked slightly in this book (reasoning for -0.25 stars). In some ways, the writing was hard to recognize as Lauren’s. It’s hard to lower the rating in the Powerless world, but I forced myself to for accuracy in my own opinion. I fell in love with the word choices in Powerless. Other than that, my only other complaint is I felt as if the setting was a bit drier. I felt I was imagining the same area along a large chunk of the book. Anyways, this book is still so stunning inside and out. These scenes I have been gifted with I am so grateful for. Every bit of love was so powerful. The settings of the kisses were perfect and were 100% my favorite moments in the book. The uncovered secrets were also so gripping. Find a man similar to Kai Azer!!! Anyways, once again I’m deeply impressed. I love this ongoing story. Oh, and the last sentence of the book will in fact wreck you.”
