“Finished my first ever sci-fi book! I don’t know what to rate this… I really loved the heartwarming relationship between the characters but i dont understand a lot about the physics stuff. “Project Hail Mary has been on my TBR list for quite some time, and I am stoked to have finally read it! It was a bit slow to get into to, but I believe that’s partially because I was in a reading slump and partially because the novel is heavy science fiction (e.g., mathematic equations, discussion of experiments, etc.). Once I’d gotten used to reading the science-y portions, the novel became more interesting, and it really took off once Rocky entered the storyline.
Overall: awesome book, super speculative, I really appreciate how much it delved into actual science (despite it being a bit of a learning curve at times), and I even found the book a bit emotional at times!”Cricket 🦗

“Absolutely LOVED this book! The emotions it made me feel... the suspense, heartbreak, and joy were all so intense. The ending was unexpected, yet... expected?
