“✨ First of all, I would like to thank the publisher and writer for giving me the amazing opportunity of reading this ARC book.
This book… hmm… I would give a ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4-star) rating. It was a bit cliché for me, truly saying . Though yes, I would say the style of writing was really good —I absolutely loved the writing style! For me, it felt more like a short story or novella rather than a full-length novel.
📖The Plot:
The MMC is Michael Sullivan, a very wealthy CEO with a dark past, which gives him serious trust issues and abandonment issues 🖤.
And our FMC is Alessandra, who works in a hotshot real estate firm. She built her whole career through immense hardship . She also carries a certain dark past, just like Michael.
So one day, they end up having a one-night stand, which leads to a surprise pregnancy, and then… more twists come their way!!
overall the book was okay 👍. According to the title Pregnant Behind the Veil, if there was more in-depth writing about the pregnancy phase, it would have been much better—rather than just focusing on them totally.
