“I started this book when i bought it in 2018 and life got promptly in the way of me finishing it. But this year i finally had the chance to sit down and give it the attention it deserves and i'm so glad i did. It's a beautiful look into Phasma's backstory, artfully setting up the necessary arc required for her to be the soldier we know her to be in the movies. I love the way her story was told, a retelling through someone else's eyes. The ending where we finally get to be directly confronted with Phasma and who she is and always was, was the perfect conclusion. The book could have ended there and i would've been satisfied”
