Passion's Mistress
ByPublisher Description
A woman reunites with her husband in order to save the child he never knew about in this sexy international romance from a USA Today–bestselling author.
How much would a mother sacrifice for her child?
Carly Taylor had made it on her own for six years, raising her daughter and hiding from the heart-breaking memories of the husband who betrayed her. But when her daughter’s life is threatened, Carly is desperate enough to go to the man she’d tried to forget and ask for his help.
Stefano Alessi is the embodiment of power and once he learns he has a child, he’s determined to wield that power ruthlessly. He gives Carly one option: return to his home and to his bed!
But for Carly, that’s where the danger lies. She knows once she’s locked in Stefano’s embrace, the world will cease to matter. For how can she fight the sheer force of a man whose greatest weapon is the desire she feels for him?

“Lately HPs have become my bathtime reading material in order to save my kindle from becoming waterlogged. While Helen Biachin is an author I like, I always have a dislike of romance novels with the infidelity theme. It detracts from the main goal of the Harlequin and that is to sizzle. Why else would one waste two precious hours of the day reading one? There was a fair bit of sizzle in this one but with perhaps a bit too much anger.
