Publisher Description

“Scheming mean girls, sex and scandal, secrets and lies…what’s not to love?” — Lisa Unger, New York Times bestselling author of Last Girl Ghosted

The Real Housewives meets murder in this deliciously savage and wildly entertaining thriller from Jeneva Rose, New York Times bestselling author of The Perfect Marriage, You Shouldn’t Have Come Here, and Home Is Where the Bodies Are.

Buckhead isn’t a place you live, it’s a place you survive. And that applies even to the wealthy housewives that have it all. Fancy cars, designer clothes, and daily salon appointments aren’t nearly enough to keep them fulfilled and happy. Because in this town, privilege and opulence go hand in hand with betrayal and revenge.

Jenny, the owner of Glow, an exclusive membership-only beauty salon, knows that better than anyone, because she knows everything about these housewives—down to each individual strand of hair. Despite the toxicity, Jenny keeps her focus on running her business, and keeping the peace. However, peace proves to be impossible when one of her clients is murdered. Now, it’s up to Jenny and her knowledge of neighborhood secrets and gossip to help the police solve the case. It won’t be easy though, because while Buckhead may be all about appearances, nothing is as it seems.

Never have mean girls been meaner, nor murder been so much fun than in this “sublimely bitchy” (Kirkus Reviews) and scandalous suspense novel from Jeneva Rose, the “queen of twists” (Colleen Hoover).

“15/20 of my random reads challenge to myself! This honestly started off super strong but towards the end I could see where it was going so it wasnt as interesting. I still enjoyed it though, maybe id recommend?”
Surprised Face with Open Mouth“welp. i am trying to not be too excited over what i just read but i can justify it because it’s fiction, right?! in any case, this is another fantastic story from Jeneva Rose and i LOVED IT. i can’t remember the last time i watched an episode of the Real Housewives franchise but as unscripted tv goes, the women on the show are at least (i hope) playing a more dramatic version of themselves. yes, some have had run-ins with the law, but i digress… this twisty and twisted tale follows a group of women that are the “it” wives of their community of Buckhead, a wealthy area of Atlanta, and the lengths they go to keep status, power, influence, and for some, youth. going in blind is the best bet if you know little about this one!! it’s a fun (??) and entertaining popcorn thriller with plenty of unlikable characters and OMG moments!”
Surprised Face with Open Mouth“Kept me interested throughout. A fun “whodunit” with a satisfying ending.”
Expressionless Face“this was horrible. like i can’t even think of one redeeming quality about it. i should have dnf’d it but i didn’t, and by the time i made it to 80% i had given up. all i did the last few pages was skip around to see who actually died. don’t waste your time!”
Smiling Face with Heart-Eyes“This book reminded me of Desperate Housewives or Real Housewives meets murder mystery! I loved it! It had multiple povs and tons of drama 🫖. I like to use mysteries or thrillers to get me out of a slump after a long and/or traumatizing series haha this did just that! It really kept my attention and had me questioning each character along the way. The characters really entertained me and the plot unfolded in the best way. I truly think this book is a universal hit. Definitely give it a read if you enjoy spilling the tea in the salon with the girls 💅☕️🧖🏼‍♀️🧖🏻‍♀️🧖🏽‍♀️”
