“This was cute. I guess it’s in the cozy department. What I especially loved Germany was presented as a charming country with cute Christmas markets and good beverages and food and NOT as always as Nazi Germany. Obviously the book is set in present day not in pre war or war times. A nice change”
“A holiday cruise in Germany, one women without her husband, one a widow, one hypochondriac, and one fiercely protective of her older, single dad. Friendships that develop.”
“A pretty boiler plate forced proximity setting. Cute enough story but there were way too many main characters and it was a bit hard to keep everyone straight. This is probably the last Sheila Robert’s book I’ll read. Best Life Book Club was definitely more enjoyable.
Wouldn’t recommend.”
