“Continuing on 8 months after events in the first book, Octopus 2 picks up the story with Helena very close to finally giving birth to the the Elder God she’s playing host to, whilst driving everyone all around her to the very brink of madness thanks to the influence her unborn child appears to have over others.
Her husband, Max is doing his level best to try and keep everything under control, but as the madness slowly spreads to him too so too does his doubts.
Are they truly doing the right thing?
Or have they both made a mistake?
And is it already too late?
This is a great, equally shocking sequel and every bit as dark as the first one.
Shaw once again draws you into the sick world he has created and once you’re there, quite simply there is no escape.
Not for anyone.
