“I could not put this book down. I love historical fiction but I usually don’t like books that get too deep into the war/battle aspect. This book changed that for me. The way the author writes it makes it absolutely fascinating to me. Lada is one of the most badass female characters I’ve ever read. And I just want to reach into the pages and hug Radu. Lada got her throne in this book.
