“As much as I loved "The Only Thing Worse Than Me Is You" this is just a big miss in lots of ways. Elliot was a fine main character but the connection to Wilde was tenuous, the scholarship plotline waylaid, and the romance was mostly fine. It also really didn't feel like a standalone.”
