Natural Woman Reviews

3.5
“The amount of sticky notes I have to go copy is ridiculous! I'll have to decide if I'm going to buy this book tonight. really helpful when it comes to different uses for herbs. There are warnings where necessary (children, pregnant, high blood pressure). I only saw one statement I didn't agree with (can't remember the statement but I was out off right that it's not a 5 star review) I'm excited to use this knowledge”
“This book has a lot of great information, but I wish there were pictures! There are recipes, but no pictures of any of them. The info itself is pretty solid. I was familiar with most of it, so I don't feel like I necessarily learned anything, but it was good to go over it again. There was a chapter on rituals that didn't appeal to me, so I didn't read that and therefore, am not reviewing that section, but herbal and spice remedies that consume most of the book. Overall, an intriguing read.”
