Publisher Description

"Egy angol regény - felnőtteknek" - Virginia Woolf
A fiatal Fred Vincy reménytelenül szerelmes Marybe, bácsikája gondozójába.
Közben épül a helyi kórház.
Dorothea Rómában tölti a nászútját. Ott megtörténik közte és férje között az első összezördülés. Dorothea épp a szobájában sír, amikor Will toppan be hozzá, férje unokaöccse.
A fiatalember nem véletlenül érkezik.
Rádöbbent, hogy Dorothea nem csak szép.

A Middlemarch-sorozat nyolc különleges kötetben jelenik meg.

Are you perfect? I'm asking because I'm not.
Do you want to be a better person? I do.
I started to write 'Live My Life' because no one is perfect – those who claim they are, are usually much more imperfect than we are. So I wanted to create a heroine who has faults and help her be a better person.
And what I had in mind is, that there probably are people who like to read about others who are imperfect but are willing to learn to develop.
Would you like to be a better person? Do you want to learn? Do you want to develop?
Then come with me, and follow my books! Let's see where we can go together, let's see what we can learn together!
And now maybe you'd like to hear a bit about my life? Well, I was born and raised in Budapest, Hungary, under the Russian regime. It was a one-of-a-kind experience, and not only because I learnt to speak Russian fluently! I studied to be an engineer (partly in the UK), and I worked in construction briefly before I found my dream job: I became a management consultant at a Hungarian company. The company grew – and wanted to expand abroad. That's how I got into international work and travelling in Europe (mostly in the Balkan states). My job gave me a lot – I met so many people, and everyone had a unique story to tell! I learnt to love to converse with people, and to really think about where we come from and where we go. My own personal stories influence my writing no end.
I was lucky to have met my husband when we were only twenty. I don't know how I would find the patience to look for my other half now! We had two children quite soon after we got married, and a third, our sunshine baby, just recently, now that our life is more relaxed and we know how to manage our time.
I've been writing ever since I could write, and what is more, I turned out to be persistent: I finished most of the stories I started. My grammar school teacher urged me to write and I published several articles in various magazines since I was sixteen. A fan of Agatha Christie, I tried my hand at crime writing, and the result is the book I published in 2007 in Hungarian, under the pseudonym Keira Christie. However, I felt that crime was not my forte and I tried out different genres.
Finally, I found what moved me as a writer: to talk about us as humans, about the things we feel and about the way we relate to each other, about our flaws and mistakes and our efforts to make things better.
If you like my work, connec...
