Publisher Description
From New York Times bestselling author of Archer’s Voice comes a second chance, childhood friends to lovers romance between a famous musician and the only woman he’s ever loved, perfect for fans of Colleen Hoover and Lucy Score.
The moment eleven-year-old Jessica Creswell met Callen Hayes, she knew he was a broken prince. Her prince. They became each other's refuge, a safe and magical place far from their troubled lives. Until the day Callen kissed her—Jessica's first real, dreamy kiss—and then disappeared from her life without a word.
Years later, everyone knows who Callen Hayes is. Famous composer. Infamous bad boy. What no one knows is that Callen's music is now locked deep inside, trapped behind his own inner demons. It's only when he withdraws to France to drink his way through the darkness that Callen stumbles into the one person who makes the music return. Jessica. His Jessie. And she still tastes of fresh, sweet innocence . . . even as she sets his blood on fire.
But they don't belong in each other's worlds anymore. There are too many mistakes. Too many secrets. Too many lies. All they have is that instinctive longing, that need—and something that looks dangerously like love.

“1.5 stars. The story was cute. But it wasn’t anything special, it didn’t compare to a lot of books and I could of gone through my life never reading this book and be ok with that. 1.5 stars.”

“This book was a good one and I love Mia's writing style. This was a friends to lovers romance which usually I prefer a enemies to lover one but I still really liked this one as well. I like how Callen and Jessica were first friends as children and then found each other 10 years later. At first though when we go forward in time, I didnt really care for Callen's cocky character but I eventually grew to like him more and by the end I realized he truly was a great guy. It definitely was a sweet, quick read!”

“I love Mia Sheridan, don't get me wrong, but this book just wasn't it for me. it was extremely hard to get through, and honestly the ending is really the only reason this book gets 2 stars. jessie was so immature and maybe that's just because she's so inexperienced with relationships, but she made everything for callen SO easy like passing over so many red flags. don't even get me started on callen. as much as I feel bad for him, and as much as he may have made up for it in the end, he was such a dick the entire book. idk I just wasn't vibing with this one :/”

“4.5/5 stars! I would say that Archer’s Voice is still my favourite Mia Sheridan book but More Than Words definitely gets second place! It was so good. So sad. So sweet. So endearing. It made me swoon, it made me smile and it made me tear up… but I didn’t actually cry even though I came close. Overall I really enjoyed the plot, the characters and their development. Callen and Jessica were perfect for each other!
