Mission Devonian
ByPublisher Description
It ain't easy being a member of Cyborg Squad, not if you expect to live for another few days. Or, in some case, minutes.
Clem Collins barely escaped with her life from the shores of the ancient Tethys Sea. She had hoped for at least a few days of R&R in the elegant safari camp in Botswana near the now-exploded Foxtrot One, but if wishes were horses, ya know? So now she and her team are on the way to Bavaria and the portal designated Charlie One. Three Cyborg Squad team members had been doing reconnaissance in Germany while Clem and the rest were in Botswana…and now they've disappeared.
Even worse, the anomaly is behaving differently this time. No, it's not filling up with ocean in the middle of the Kalahari Desert, like the last one. This time the portal is shrinking. Fast.
Will a ticking clock keep Clem's team from going after their own?
Never in a million years. Or, in their case, several hundred million years.
