“Becker and Olivia had an instantaneous attraction. The action and drama occurred in this book almost immediately after they met. Thankfully, Olivia met an Outrider.
As the Outriders develop a plan to save Jasmine, that is where things become a little far fetched. Becker and Olivia end up in a situation completely out of their experience or comfort zone. But, you fake it til you make it.
There are surprises and twists that come from unexpected places. Like that old TV show where the character said, I love it when a plan comes together.", the plan came together with one or two hiccups.
Becker and Olivia got their HEA. There was an epilogue. There was danger, suspense, drama, romance, and instalove. We got to briefly revisit characters from earlier books. Overall I would give this 3.5 stars.

“Protector Romance with a distinct cowboy flavour!
Olivia is such an engaging character. She may not be a ravishing beauty, she may label herself as plain but she can create real, lasting beauty in her artwork. She is friendly, stubborn, and whilst completely out of her depth she still manages to prove that she is anything but a scaredycat
Becker is plainly dealing with PTSD and a dose of survivor guilt, making doubt his worth - just as Olivia does. He uses his dominant personality to hide the fractured soul beneath. The chemistry between them is immediate and scorching hot.”
