Q: Why can’t I buy this ebook on Fable?

We’re constantly working to expand our catalog, but unfortunately we haven’t yet added this title. While we continue to work with publishers to offer more books for sale, we didn’t want our clubs to have to wait. For popular books that aren’t yet available, we’ve added light versions that can be used to discuss in clubs, to add to lists, and to leave reviews, but are not available to buy or read on Fable. If you need to buy a copy, we recommend visiting your local bookstore or library!

Q: Can I start a book club with this book on Fable?

The first step is to download the Fable app. From there, you’ll be able to create your own private or public book club and invite others to read with you. Once your club is created, click on the plus sign under “Currently reading” and search for this book to add it to your club.

Q: Are book clubs free to join on Fable?

“As it's a short story collection some stories resonated more with me than others. I really liked the first one "Under The Plum Tree" and "Dear Hyunnam Oppa", which were perfect stories to be told in short form. But that wasn't the case with other stories im this collection, which were also well written but they lacked the depth the heavy underlying topics needed. They felt disconnected sometimes and rushed like "Grown Up Girl" and "Dead Set", which would have needed some more pages to fully deliver the emotional punch they should have invoked in my opinion. The last story unfortunately left a bitter after taste to me as I am a a little confused on how this story fit into the theme of this collection on top of it being a miscommunication issue of the characters. Still a solid read and I would recommend it to anyone who liked "Kim Jiyoung, Born 1982".”
