That book. Wow. The ending was honestly chef’s kiss.
I loved the set up, the beginning had me hooked. I loved the friend dynamics, the slow burn, the anticipation of where this could go.
While I was never bored of the story, there were points in the middle where it felt like I was just accompanying people on their journey & I was wondering if it would pick up or lead somewhere & it totally did pay off in the end.
