“The concept for this short story was a bit out there, but the author did a good job of building tension and suspense throughout while writing in such a way that you really started to pull for the main character and wanted to see her get to the bottom of the mystery of the median. I did enjoy this short story and the open-ended nature of the ending, but I would have loved to have it be a bit longer so an explanation for how this all came to be in the first place could have been established (I don't think this would have made the story night-and-day better/different or anything, just would have been fun to explore).”
“This was so unsettling. Although the ending feels like it is open to interpretation, it also feels quite obvious what the author wants us to understand from it. Creepy in a way that gave me very real anxiety.”
“This was so frustrating and crazy to read, it made me feel so dreadful, loved it.
