“The first part of the book was good and had some helpful suggestions. I think it is a good book for people who have an interest or are thinking about trying vegan recipes.
I thought some of the recipes looked interesting. However, most of these I would not consider healthy. Most had vegan margarine or oil in them. Some called for 1/2 cup oil. I think I could modify some of these to be heathier, which could be a fun challenge.”
