“This was a quick "read" for me since it was a 5 hour audiobook that was meant to keep me doing chores 😅 #AuDHDhack 😆
Great plot, vacation setting and a strong FMC whom I sadly must admit I related to on an emotional level a little too much. Shared struggles growing up and all. But I'm glad to know I'm not the only independent bull-headed FIRST DAUGHTER (or only) who has trouble asking for help, even when drowning.
The love story was great and ooooo if only i could afford the quick vaca so I too could connect with a fling 😅🫣🫶🏼”

I enjoyed anything by Katee Robert, and this book is no different. It's a quick, easy novella read, with not much depth or character development, but it's a nice palate cleanser.
The audiobook was good; the narrator did a good job telling the story. It was easy to listen to and understand. I listened at 2x speed.

“This series has the potential for greatness. Hopefully we get some serious character and plot development as it continues.
Apparently this series is just a set of “stand alone” books. One of my favorite things about this author is her character development. I’m sad I won’t get it here… not sure I’ll continue.”
