“I was a little disappointed with how many not so great reviews this got once I was near the end of the book bc I was just like “wow this is kinda great , I wonder what everyone else thought.” 😅😅 // I thought this version of the heroine was great and different. I feel like she was selfish in all the right ways , just enough arrogance for it to be acceptable lol which is an interesting thing to be able to pull off! The plot was interesting and the love interest has just enough influence that it didn’t dictate the whole story.. Slight repetitiveness in descriptions but honestly I really liked it.”
