“I really liked this except for:
The author using 'this when people talk instead of "" those double quotation marks. To be fair, that's mostly because I am spoiled on that.
Also, lots of religion in here. I mean LOTS. The last two words even are "thank god", if I remember right. I don't currently have the book at my side.
However, it has a strong female lead, lots of cool historical stuff, fascinating civil war bits, and an interesting plot.
Kept me interested right to the end.
