What powerful words from Rilke written to Franz Xavier Kappus.
I see why so many people have touted this work as a must read. So many famous folks state this as something they read over and over. I know I will be revisiting many times over in my future.
Per the suggestion in the introduction, I only reads Rilke’s letters, as the correspondence from Kappus was only added after 2018. The original writings were in the early 1900’s.
There is a strong adoration for solitude within these words. For good reason too and I will let you discover it on your own if you have not already done so.
